Christopher Moyer was born in Perkasie, Pennsylvania on October 18, 1968. He graduated from Albright College (B.S., 1990); Ohio Northern School of Law (J.D., 1993) and was admitted to the bar of Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 1994. He is also admitted to practice in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania; the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
Christopher was the Assistant Staff Editor of the Ohio Northern University Law Review. He was also a member of The Moot Court Board of Advocates. He is presently a member of The Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, The Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Over the past 15 years Christopher has handled many different types of cases including wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice and automobile cases. He has appeared before courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
Chris is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum at www.milliondollaradvocates.com. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum was formed to give recognition to those trial lawyers, throughout the United States, who have achieved a verdict, award or settlement in the amount of One Million Dollars or more.
Christopher has successfully resolved several cases in excess of 1 million dollars including a medial malpractice case involving the failure to diagnose cervical cancer, a products liability case involving a defective slitting machine which caused our client to suffer a crushed arm (this case was reported in The Legal Intelligencer) and an automobile accident case which resulted in our client suffering multiple pelvic fractures.
In early 2009, Christopher spoke at the Temple University School of Dentistry on the issue of Avoiding Dental Malpractice.
Despite his success in handling cases involving catastrophic damages, Christopher will handle any case that takes him into the courtroom.
