Debra L. Frankel - Personal Profile
Debra Frankel was born in Lower Merion, Pennsylvania on February 17, 1972. She graduated from New York University with a B.A. in 1994. In 1998 she completed her law degree at Chicago Kent College of Law, Illonios Institute of Technology. She was admitted to practice in Florida in 1998. She was admitted to the Bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 2000. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court, Disctrict of New Jersey. Debra's practice focuses on Civil Litigation including the areas of Negligence, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Insurance Bad Faith, Premises Liability, and Automobile Accidents. Debra is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, as well as the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Debra also serves as an Arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County.
