Stephen Farber was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 10, 1947. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University (B.A., 1969); Temple University (J.D. 1973) and was admitted to the bar of Pennsylvania in 1973. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Stephen is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations.
